That was Charles.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

So, to guide this back on topic and away from Charles and I and unspeakable things, I'm not really sure how that guard training works.

I can train them fine, it's getting the rotation down. I try to rotate 3 guys in the backcourt, but I haven't been having much success. Do you rotate 4, as in a sub for both your PG and SG?

When I trained guards I did rotate like that, with a backup at PG and one at SG.

I agree in a sense, having coached you have certain guys you want to see get 15 minutes a game and certain guys you don't want to go over 35 minute a game. Something loose like this...

38+
25-37
13-24
12-

You never responded to my proposal...?

So here is the topic. Get on it.

Do you mean having a player individually play aproximately in those minute ranges? That could work. I was think in a system that would divide aproximatly the 48 minute of the game by the 2 ou 3 players that we designate for each postition. But i guess you're idea is good too.
Better yet, if it was possibly to introduce both options, users would have a bigger span (and more realistic) of coaching decisions.
That woul be extraordinary.
