At the moment, we don't have green arrows next to experience. We might add that soon, but it's actually not that small a change, so it might be delayed a bit.
for what it's worth, i don't care if there are arrows next to experience. :)
i think the best option would be a training report to keep track of pops, but i'm getting used to the green arrows.
