deliberate is the word to use, translates better than flagrant.

intentional is a good alternative option.

I presume flagrant would be the official terminology since that's what the NBA uses.

So then all offensive fouls are "flagrant"? There are no other offensive fouls? Seems like here's a change we'd like to see, real offensive fouls. Those happen way more than flagrant fouls in the real NBA.

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!
