Hey,
Pity about the secondary skills, but the main skills are coming along nicely.
I would train rebounding up to tremendous.
Then train inside defence up to tremendous.
Then I would train Jump Shot up to Prominent.

Then see what his salary is like.
If you can't afford a higher salary it might be worth training up the secondary skills just a little bit so that they are all on inept rather than atrocious. It would take a long time but if you can't afford the salary the only other thing you can do is sell the player. Up to you.

Hey,
Nice player. I would train ID, IS and Rebounding up to Sensational.
Then, depending on whether you can afford the salary going up any higher, if might be a good idea to give him some jump shot training and some one on one training.
Goodluck.

Yeah there are a lot of big men with just primary skills that don't sell for much. For example, you can pick up a young player with triple marvelous or higher for under 2 million.

But I love balanced guys. I just bought this player for 3 million. What do you think?

Cheers. I'm planning on training OD up to at least Strong, and maybe some more One on One and Passing training as well.
Then inside skills :)

He's a great player. He can play C, PF and perhaps SF too!!! Players with good secondary skills are sold for much higher proce than players with only monstrous main skills.

Cheers. I was thinking of getting Jump Range up to mediocre. Do you think it would be worth it?
I definitely need to work on Inside Shot as that is a big weakness, but I don't want to train it this season because if I train it now the salary will increase a lot before the update.
