Yeah...but if you look at the graph you will notice that someone got a pop on a 33 yr old. Now there were probably only 6 other trainings inputed for 33 yr olds so now it says that 33yr olds train at 29.7%...It just seems strange that 33 is 29% and 31,32 are at 0. So I hope that it(24 yr old trainig speed) will go up with more training samples added...I do agree that it probably isn't 70% but probably higher than the 47.7% listed...I am hoiping that it is around 55-58%.
I just think we need more samples...right now it has 28yr olds being trained at 21% and 29 yr olds being trained at 28% and 27 yr olds being trained at 27%......crazy but very very very interesting
This is to the BB world....IF YOU HAVEN'T JOINED THIS TRAINING SITE YET....HURRY and JOIN!!!

How do you check if a player's capped? If a lot of those 24 year old players are capped the results will not be correct in this age group.

Since training slows so much for 24y olds and upwards, they are probably the players who just tag along other trainees (like when a main trainee is injured or when there is JS/RB/1 on 1 training). So it's possible that when a player is 24y old, he receives some training which raises his sublevels, but don't make him pop. Then at 25 or 26 years, he has multiple pops in a season because his sublevels were high. And then we think 25 or 26y olds train faster than 24y olds.

only 40k salary and already capped at allstar? That's a bit strange for inside players...I guess either his sublevel is very low or you pumped his secondaries. Since you have been training him the whole season, he may have high sublevels in various skills, so his salary will slightly increase next season.

That's a great point. Certainly will influence the results

Without wanting to look at the entire data and coming to my own conclusion, is the sample size big enough to make any estimations on the effects of the trainer level?

I've been working on this and age, and both are getting there, but are still pretty noisy. The age one should be good enough to release pretty soon, but trainer level is rough.

Specifically, we have a ton of data with level 4 and 5 trainers (there's 22 training type-skill combinations that train at a high enough rate and have enough data to compare the training rate between them), but level 6 is still very iffy. Levels 1-3 and 7 are basically non-existent (1-2 users with level 7, none with levels 1-3). So the only comparison I have any confidence in for now is the level 4 vs level 5 one. So all of you hoarding those level 6 and 7 trainers should join up

I assume you already know that (didn't read the whole thread), but just in case.

I recently changed my trainer level. I just saw this project and wanted to contribute. I submitted roughly 30 weeks of training results at once. Problem is, it seems to think my trainer has been the same for the entire duration. Only the last 5-6 weeks did training happen under my actual trainer.

PS: For people making the mistake of submitting with an unsupported language, I hope you find/found a way to automatically disregard those inputs. Hopefully one day you have it translated and that would be a big boost in the number of people submitting results.

Peace.

One update, we have a new version of the greasemonkey script. It is much better at catching errors, so if anything goes wrong during your update, it'll let you know now so you can try to resend. It also passes your current language so that for now, it should give an error if you're using the wrong language, but eventually it will also allow us to work on translators, etc, so that you don't have to change language every time you submit.

You can install the new version here: (http://bb-training.comuf.com/add_bb-training.user.js), or from the main (http://bb-training.comuf.com/) page.

This should greatly cut down on the possibility of incorrect data getting in, so please update! (After updating, you should see that you're using version 1.0.14 of the script if you look in your extensions/GM scripts page).
