I was very sure that TIEing from 2 or 3 enthusiasm would bring me back to 5 (that's what happend every single time in the examples I've read on our french forum). And that was just another example of my "bad luck" in the end of season,

This is no bad luck at all, this is just a lack of knowledge about the TIE/CT system.

TIE will raise your enthusiasm with about 30-35%. Let's say you started with 3.0 and TIE is 33% extra enthusiasm, 3.0 + 1.0 = 4.0, just simple math.

2 or 3 back to 5 would mean an increase of about 200%, that would be crazy, you would jump from 5 enthusiasm to 10 then, and from 8 to 16, that would be fun!

"Don't blame the game! Blame the french!"

(oh that's truly one of my best oneliners ever)

You did give up more turnovers due to his FCP, and for whatever reason you fouled a lot more giving him more easy pts at the FT line (16-23 ft's is a pretty good 70%)

Unfortunately, a bad time for a key player to be injured and have foul trouble, nothing you can really do anything about. Looking back you prob should have CT'd, but again can't blame you for going normal considering the situation. I did the same in a SF, got CT'd, and just lucked out a 2 pt OT win. It almost appears that after the ASG adjustments CT became more powerful.

well when i had the luxury of having that enthusiasm i checked to see what it rose to... (as you can set your next games orders immediately and the enthusiasm is updated) - I have never seen above 12... perhaps thats because I was low sub level 10 and it went to max high 12?

I agree with you that run&gun is far to powerful now.
It should not be so easy to make a 3 pointer after 5-10 seconds and the number of offensive rebounds is too high (because not related to the offensive tactic).

I hope the BBs will correct it some day :)

From next season the CT/TiE system in the playoff will be different. It's not official yet, but there was a statement from a BB about it.

I've seen 13 after matches, you should just check the orders of your next match when the current match is played, there you can see your new enthusiasm without any daily updates who bring it down.
