Yes, nice to see a discussion here. Even if it is mostly the usual suspects.

This is probably the last we will see of Mac and Innes at NT unless they get a backup roll, I just wanted to thank the NT managers for putting faith in them. Likewise the whole England community for cheering the team on, it's great to be a part of this small but dedicated bunch of misfits.

Innes is now most likely past his prime, he dropped 10 tsp this season so now only 132. An incredible treat to have trained such a player and I can only encourage you guys both from a finance perspective (Innes brings in an extra 60k pw merchandising for an NT appearance) and also from your own team perspective that training from the ground up is 110% worth it.

Any assistance I can provide whoever gets the next NT role is yours. Thanks again, it's been an amazing season for me and I can't quite believe how it ended. Roll on season 39!!

All the credit goes to you mate. Innes was a pleasure to coach in his prime, he worked in every offence and was pretty much the game MVP 90% of the time. Probably the most important NT player England has ever had, just an incredibly well trained player. Mac wasn't bad either ;)

Innes has really been the best English player I've ever seen. Certainly the best forward, and I think I've seen the two best at their peaks so I can say that with some confidence, despite Marshall having higher tsp.

Since first joining the u21 backroom team when Woody was coach all I seem to have heard about was Innes. It will be strange to see an England team without him. Probably will be, along with Gascoigne, the player England miss most.

I was away for the last 2 weeks and barely had time to login..I'm pleased I only managed to screw up 1 training session.

All the best and a thanks to Morwood and good luck to the next coach, it will be hard for anyone to take over after such a successful tenure.
