no, it's impossible to scout every player twice even with max Scouting. You can calculate it, btw. There are 13 weeks of possible scouting. 4x13 = 52 players.

There are 48 players. If you want to scout them twice you need 96x scouting.
So you'll have 96-52 = 44 open fields in the list. I think you get 12-14 info for free. So it'll be about 30 blank spots in the list...

there might be a random factor to it as well i was paying 20k for around 6 weeks and the rest 40k so i should have go 6 players to say lest the you have? wail in the real time it was only 4.... (2 full and 2 part) so there might be a random to it i think but what i do know or think atlist that if you go 40k for the full 14 weeks you should get your full 48 players scouted twice

That's one example of him getting all scouted info. Does that mean it's true every time? I don't think so. Same goes for both my experiences though. I've never received full scouting list in the 2-3 times i've done 40k/week scouting. It was faulty to assume that the free scouting was a fixed number, my bad, but with both arguments you can conclude that your statement is faulty. Full 40k/week scouting does not always give you all 48 player' full info. :)

:Edit:
If everyone get's exactly 14 free scouting sessions... then there is no way you can get a full scouting list. Unless there is a code that checks if you've done 40k/week a full season and gives the remaining blanks for free.

anyway i will tell you how it gose next season i have no way of knowing for sure anything right now as this was my first full season but next one i am planing on going 40k a week i dont know if he really got the all 48 players full stats as the other guy who did 40k say he got only 70 stats witch seams to me as a ripoff (:

I'm never doing it again :) I rarely get good trainees out of draft anyways. :(

well isnt it because your on top of the standings . . . . . since the league started?

i wouldnt have second thoughts of not getting good trainee's. like me i dont invest in scouting anymore.
