I like the minute breakdown idea.

With regards to my suggestion, how about having the Game Chats "on" as the default setting, whereby new comers automatically see game chats comments from other users.

Might help them get "discover" their local communities

Ofcourse upon logging onto games each time, users would have the option of opting out of game chats

Need a way to differentiate new players who share the same name with any player already in the team so as to make setting lineups less nightmarish. Maybe give them different colors.

After some thinking, maybe the same names be placed by order of salary in the line-up page.

The achievements were forgotten. :`-(

We suggest to include new achievements associated with the statistics, for example leadership at the end of the season in points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks and so on.

Also for individual performances like: double-double, triple-double, quadruple-double, quintuple-double, five-by-five and matches with 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50 points, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 rebounds, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 assists, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 steals, 25 , 20, 15, 10, 5 blocks.

Greater relevance depending on each division...

Put in newsflash in the News headlines to remind people that the B3 Prediction contest is on again.

Could even explain to them how to enter and give them a link to a form guide (264084.75)

Agree 100%. In my 9 seasons that I have actually known about and been interested in B3, I have only taken part in the B3 Predictions 3 times (once being this season), as I generally forget about it the first week and then am too far behind point-wise to want to take part in the predictions for the following rounds.

They could also award a trophy for the winning tipster that can be displayed.

Perhaps a dart against a dartboard symbolising the tipping nature of this competition.

Would add more weight to the competition

My write ups are continuing ((264084.78) & (264084.78) and Im thinking of framing a speculative "odds" market

I would love to see some research figures on why people are dropping out of the game and also how long they actually played the game before dropping out.

My gut feel is that people may reach a "skill" level at which they plateau and then lose interest in the game.
i.e. Are people losing interest after being stuck in a league for a long period of time and they cant see a way of winning that league?

Many Managers wrongly blame the game engine, their arena size etc rather than the main reason which is their lack of knowledge of the game comparative to that of other managers in the league.

Increasing awareness of readily accessible sequential chunk size bits of knowledge would be great and I reckon would help with retention levels

Perhaps a title in the Game Manual index for "higher level knowledge" or "how to get higher level knowledge" or links dangling from the bottom of the Tactics page in the game manual might be away in which Managers can easily find research information and continue to improve.

The powers could even announce such an innovation in the new season update news

Also as I have said before I think we need to advertise more that this is a strategic management game and not just an online basketball game so that the people who do join up dont get wrongly disillussioned
