Hi

You have to buy an Arena Design … but it takes a long time to amortize.

I. e. the 2.000.000 BB$ / 15.873 BB$/week = 126 weeks = 9 seasons!

I found it annoying that as soon as my game started, i could see my best player was “injured 5-10 days” yet the game had just tipped off. He got injured in the 3rd quarter. Probably me being picky but that’s a nuance that irritates me.

Another issue I see wayyyyyyy too frequent is ‘so and so’ “tries for the rebound but it goes out of bounds”. Is this just game engine talk to make it more exciting? Altho a lot of times it impacts who gets the ball because who touched it last… so are my players just complete spazzes that can’t grab a ball? I have probably a top 3-4 team in Offensive Flow in my league so one would suggest my handling is top of the league. And I probably have a top 3-4 team in rebounding. So how can I fix this issue that makes my team look like they don’t know how to tie their shoes?

Just so you know, NBA players fumble the ball during rebounds as well. That's the league with the best players in the world we're talking about.

Wow, I had no idea. Of course it happens in the game, but I bet that scenario played 20 times in my game and there were 85 rebounds. Nearly 1 in 5 attempts at a rebound? Maybe at 9 years old.

Uh which game is this? I don't see any recent games with 85 rebounds (on either side or total). And since you have supporter, I supposed you actually did check the play-by-play and didn't just pull that "20 times" out of thin air?

Against Clovis Knights… my 38 rebounds to my opponents 50… so 88. And yeah, I watched it live… which plays to my other annoyance that I knew my star player was going to be hurt when his injury showed up on the roster page at tip off. But yeah the number of times the ball went out of bounds during a rebound (between both teams) is easily 20 - I’d count the actual number I knew of a way to pull up the full game transcript and search for “out of bounds” - I thought I’ve seen people do that but can’t seem to do it from my phone. This general theme of losing a rebound out of bounds has been incredibly high this season.

edit: i counted by hand 16. In the first 4 minutes of the 2nd quarter it happened 4-5 times. It comes in a few forms including: “loses it out of bounds” “both players back off and look to the ref who determines so and so touched it last”, among others. But 16 out of 104 attempted rebounds is ~15%. That’s insanely high.

I feel you on this man. Hahahaha. Kinda sucks for that to happen. Not sure if it's gonna be fixed tho. I remember it happening a long time ago, and I'm not sure if it was fixed and came back, or if it was just never resolved. But yea it kinda takes the kick out of watching the game.

I can't exactly determine if it's insanely high because I'm not familiar with the metrics, if we consider that you're in Div III, the real life equivalent would probably be lower than the G-League (although we know things don't exactly transfer directly like this). But I do agree the "4-5 times in the first 4 minutes" stretch is a bit over the top. I'm often quite frustrated with these mini stretches where nothing goes right for one side. Especially when that side has been smooth sailing all night then proceed to crash like no tomorrow (and still not call time outs). I don't really know why the game engine is reacting this way, it's too much randomness IMO. Maybe someone more experienced can give us some clarity or weigh in on this.

A long time ago I have read that a Nutritionist with a high level bumps conditioning.

Is that (still) true. And, if yes, from wich level? And has it been researched how many pops it gives in condition?
