cuando uno llama movistar siempre te dicen eso, nunca te pasan algun humano.

vengo a dar el dato del dia:

Yo ahora lo que hago es llamar a la parte comercial, donde parece que trabajan 100 weones, porque siempre alguien te atiende aliro, y despues me hago el que me equivoque y le digo "ahhh no es el servicio técnico de banda ancha, ¿me podria transferir a el entonces?, y siempre siempre siempre siempre siempre llego con algun weon que me atienda altiro, sino no me contestan nunca de la forma normal.

llama al 800646550, es lo mismo, dices que tienes ese problema, te dicen llama al 104 opcion 2, dices me puede transferir porfavor, ellos por obligacion te tienen que transferir, a demas el 800646550 es gratis ;)
