Jump Shot. At least an entire season. Afterwards, JR or Passing might be interesting, depending on your plans for him (PG or SG)

depends if you want to make him a PG or a SG. However, all those skills benefit all Guards. Jump Shot, Jump Range and Driving would help a SG; a PG will need more Handling and Passing than he does. Still, PGs need to be able to shoot as well, and SGs should be able to pass up if their shot opportunities are limited.

So ultimately, try to get all of his Guard skills (JR, HA, PA) and Wing skills (JS, DR) to proficient. Then you can decide if you want to go PG or SG, but have a good basis for either.

Im planning to train his passing when he is 22. He's going to play for the U21 and training passing at this stage would take to much time and woudnt benefit him as much as OD and handling.
