Ummm, I think he seems more determined and mature now. In fact, he stated he would see himself as an all-star this year, but even I dont see that...
And with dragic leading the offense, I reckon the sky is the roof for him, he pretty much has limitless potential and will only get better as his minutes increase and now with Marshall playing behind him, I can imagine the second unit having Frye, Morris, Brown and Wes Johnson who Marshall will find in their favourite spots. :)

Jermaine Oneal now there is a name I haven't seen in a while.

Hasn't been the same since the Pacer days, those knees must be in all kinds of trouble.

Apparently Kobe told him to get the same treatment he got on his knees. And when Jared Dudley had a workout with O'Neal and said he's fine, so let's hope he succeeds :)

I'm with trickster here - there's no depth on this squad at all - there inside game should be improved but I feel like they would be better suited with Beasley playing the 4 and setting up the high pick & roll with drgic a la Nash & amare.

Interesting collection of pieces but much like Houston I'm really struggling to see how they are going to come together as a team. I think they should be fun to watch though.

completely agree about the none existent depth, but look at the starters, where are their points coming from? I can't see Dragic/Dudely/Beasley/Scola/Gortat giving you the 70+ points night in and night out to be legit.

Dragic : Solid point guard, would flourish on a good team where he can distribute first and worry about scoring 2nd ... which ain't the suns
Dudely : OVERATED
Beasley : Completely unpredictable from one game to the next
Scola : Solid and dependable generally
Gortat : Hot and cold but mostly serviceable

Their high possession rate means they will get a lot of looks. They will need to get 10-12 from each gortat & drgic, 13-16 from Dudley & Scola & 20+ from Beasley (he could easily do this if he gets 25 shots a night just might not be efficient)

The real worry for me is D- only gortat & Scola are solid defenders in my book. Frye & O'neal couldn't guard Yi's chair, Beasly is subpar along with telfair & I'm not sure about the rest but they certainly don't carry a reputation as being elite defenders

You have to remember, the Phoenix Suns only drafted Dragic because they thought he was a superb defender. And as for Dudley, last season he played against the likes of Kobe (Pretty sure I've mentioned this previously), and he did a darn good job at it too! His offensive abilities may be a bit overrated but he put up a good 10-20 points per game with the Suns last season when they needed him to. Yes, I agree you can't always rely on him, and I did mention if Beasley does play to expectations, then we do have a good shot at the playoffs.

And I can just imagine how explosive the 2nd unit is going to be: Marshall, Brown, Wes Johnson, Kieff Morris and Frye.
Marshall can find all of them at their sweet spots as mentioned earlier and any fast breaks can be led by Brown and Morris, or Johnson even, known to also be very athletic.
