About your training question, I'm almost certain the best way is to do PF (80 %)
I think bipost training would only give 60 to 70 % training, to be confirmed.
However, the best solution is to field your PF as C, train C at 100 %, and then on the match sheet you ask that your PF defends on C, and your C on his PF. Defensively, result is the same, and the very little lack of offensive performance is kind of matched by the fact that your opponent won't have changed his defensive orders - so your PF as C will take outside shoots on a defending player with lower outside skills and should perform better.
