with the market going in turmoil, bearable costs are crucial... i can't afford to get ten 100$ costs in a season, provided also that some teams don't do train and sell, as much as the other teams who does it...

Maybe a strange suggestion...

But I've got the fealing that the staff i used to have (lvl 6 or so trainer, lvl 4 PR) doesn't match with the ones i got with the new staff system?

It would really suck if this is true... :(

Why not? All my new staff has half the level (rounded up) that my old staff had, but that doesn't mean they aren't as effective in their job as the old bunch was...

i cant understand why the bidding . . .

naturally how can those teams in the lower leagues compete ??

also its bidding . . . i hate to blow it but im a bit unhappy with the bidding process now its again those who have more money can win the bid

and rise every week . . .

id like to know more of this as we go on, but what im afraid if you dont jump on the bandwagon now is . . . you wont get to see alot of talent in the future either since level 6 and 7 are rare

sorry to be like this can someone uplift my spirit

Lvl 5 now is probably the same as lvl 9 and 10 was before, and do you remember how often they came around? Not that much!! So instead of nobody being able to change/upgrade their staff for weeks, everybody gets a number of chances every week to get that level of staff! But if you want even better, you will have to pay a lot more!!

That was uplifting...

and remember the days when you'd upgrade to a lvl 10 then within 6 weeks you'd be paying $25k pw for the same guy as a lvl 8 ??!! No more... you'll just be paying $30,35,40,45 for the same guy instead!!

exactly... this is Shoei's point.

if all of us are even... same amount of money and all... this would be no problem...

but, with the time span, and the awesome search page for staff, surely, big time players would have a chance to control the high level trainer takeover...

if they bid 1m on a doctor, who would have the same chance? the other megalomaniacs as well... and the lower tier teams may have no chance on getting it...

If someone is bidding 1mil for a doctor then on the global scale of BB you have to decide if there is a better way of investing 1mil in order to make your team franchise more efficient.

You are speaking like certain teams have no problem plucking 1mil out the air... and why would they necessarily invest that sort of amount on staff even if they did?

If you havent got the resources yet then look at ways to improve the week to week income of your franchise...

Your right, but my point is this: who would pay 1m for a lvl 7 doctor while a lvl 5 will do? What will a lvl 7 doctor do? Reduce the maximum duration of an injury from 4 weeks (with lvl 5) to 2 or 3 weeks?

that's not my point...

my point is what would the other teams chances gonna have, when other teams bid for a bigger bid... unlike the old system wherein it's okay to get staff because the supply never runs out...

and why would they necessarily invest that sort of amount on staff even if they did?

because if they don't invest that sort of amount, they'll never get the staff... i'm more on giving the main point out of a big picture... not specifying one example...

anyways, this is what the new system is all about... completely different from the old system... wherein you only hope that the staff of the week is in level 10, if they do, you can even buy the trainer on friday (hongkong time)

As far as I can tell, higher level doctors still don't heal your players quicker. They will only reduce the lenght of an injury when it happens..

Once a player is injured, a Doctor will also help him heal more quickly, but the effect is much smaller than the initial reduction in severity.
So he heals too, but probably this effect isn't very appreciable
