+1 OD

Even though I told him to train secondaries first (IS/ID)...

Contemplating becoming a farm team. I'd really like to find (but not outright poach from Canadian users) 3 complimentary HOF or ATG Canadian trainees age 18-21 (or up to 24 if any potential NT'ers need specified training). Money is no concern but for the sake of fairness I wouldn't overpay by millions per trainee unless the trainee was certifiably elite.

I wonder if a HOF and ATG trainee master list could be made to see if anything agreeable is out there.

What I've collect from offsite so far:

(32678776) - Canadian owned but possibly available with convincing. Skills behind and poor secondaries.
(31706998) - did this guy go bot? Save him if possible because PF with nice secondaries
(31707116) - not overly interested, maybe as temp third trainee
(32679350) - first decent candidate. Foreign owned getting crap training. Probably easy to pry away.

(32679266) - foreign owned and could pry away with an overpay
(33559113) - another foreign owned and could pry away

Sorry if in wrong place. Thought this would be better than offsite. Also figure it could help others who want trainees. I'd be doing the farm team thing mostly to try to help NT and then because it's fun, and don't have elite standards for trainees. I'd practically be just as happy buying 3 decent HOF trainees as I would 3 elite ATG trainees as long as all trainees are fulfilling their potential.

Please don't buy Valverde,would ruin his GS.

Why are you only interested in young trainees? Trainees in the 22 to 27 range are equally important and often their owners stop training in this range preventing them from getting to elite levels.

Kaimakis is available, and Silvestro as well for the right price.

And great job putting this list together. I think NT really should be focusing on HoF+. I had every decent Canadian trainee with HoF+ bookmarked and would track often, I think that's why my team looks like it currently does. I also get too caught up in what a player can become with the right training.

True enough. Unsure if any candidates for my ultimate goals, though. I'm mostly wanting to squeeze every ounce of potential out of the trainees and make them multi-skilled (160+ TSP/10) 200-300k salary monsters. If any 22-27 year olds were available that I could give heavy secondary training to that'd be ideal.

Jarvis and Burimenko added to list btw. *shifty eyes* actually too lazy to add them now but officially aware they're HOF+.

I've put Kaimakis on sale, he's awfully close to a JS, ID, and IS pop atm.

I'll try to message all managers of foreign-owned HOF Canadian players and if I can find 2 additional guys that can tolerate heavy JR training, I might persue that.
