To be honest, I wouldn't use training time to focus exclusively on this guy. He only has starter potential, meaning that he will probably cap his potential when he is 20. Your time would be better focused on Anthony Thomas, who has allstar potential and can last until he is 21.

So, my guy as of today looks like this:

Jump Shot: proficient ↑ Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: strong Handling: proficient ↑
Driving: prominent Passing: strong
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: average

He's 2.08, gonna be a PF, perennial all-star potential.

I'm pretty much done with secondaries. Should I just focus on inside skills now? Maybe another level of JS before he grows too old (along with his height) for it to be worth the time? Should I train SB at all? I'm thinking his inside skills will cap out at 14 with perhaps a 15 in ID.

Opinions?

My plan is to train OD to 12 (until HoF reach it), and then change it do PA to 12 too ( allstar should be about 10). Then 1vs1 for forwards, so IS can rise a little bit.

I think his JS/JR skills are high enough. At some point when making these nice, balanced players, you have to ask yourself about salary cost versus efficiency. I would've pointed out that he has only made 1-26 three pointers, but he has been playing against guards, so never mind. I would start on his inside skills and either train him until he caps or if you are satisfied with his inside skills, give him a bit more OD/PA. But that's only because I'm an OD/PA junkie :)
