PLANNING FOR THE PLAYOFFS


Well, righgt now the Mountain Eagles are planning for the playoffs. Even though they probably clinched it already, they still have to play. Tomorrow they take on the Birmingham Jets, the 5th seed in Great 8 League V.89. "They don't really got too good guys, but I'll play Normal if they CAN get 20+ points ahead. We're looking for a 12-10 record now and hopefully FIGHT against the panthers. We need to say that we will fight next season. We will do something next season for a Home-Court-Advantage. I want our team to compete at BEST for the seasons to come and COMPETE for the title. First we need to make $$$$. That's our biggest problem. We'll deal with that. SO now we just have to see what happens for Saturday and hope that no one gets injured." Now, they are starting their starting 5 for the playoff game and are doing different arrangements for tactics. BIG WIN. NOW PLAYOFFS


Well, the Mountain Eagles just destroyed the Birmingham Jets, clinching the 4th spot in the playoff and making a statment. They beat them 113-79. We had ALL the big men as the players of the game. They all combined for 61 of the 113 points! Dezider Dekis had 21 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 blocks, and shot an amazing 66% from the field! Fang Ruiguo also shot well, with a double- double of 20 points, 16 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 block. Wilfrid Ruiz also shot awesome, with also a double-double of 18 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 blocks. We spoke to them. "Well, at least we made a statment. But I've heard some rumors. I don't know if they're true, but maybe they are." Ruiz said. "Nice game to prepare for the playoffs. Even though they are not like atlanta, we've seen that we can score HARD." None of the other players had said anything. Tough said, "Ok, I don't know what we'll do with atlanta, but at least we could say that we made it to the playoffs. Now, there will be problems if atlanta stays here. That's it. If they're here, I'll have to start rebuilding next season. If not, then it's our conference to tear apart." Now we don't know, but players say that they're rumors that Tough and Marcus Terrence will rebuild the team. We don't know if that is true, but Tough has been seen in meetings with other managers from around the U.S. Now, if they are going to rebuild, some "say" that he's going to native people and kill their lagacy.........others say that he'll sell or fire the old guys, and the players that are over 30 are Jakovic, Ruiz, Oostout, and someone else. You're now at 11 balls. Too bad, once I get knocked out I'll put my guys for sell. (old ones) keep the below 30 yr olds. (closest will be Dekis;29 next season) And than with the profits I'll save it till the draft and get the nice draftees to train them. That a good plan?

sell off everyone but Quigley and Salas essentially.

This is probably whom I'm selling; AWESOME contributers/ play makers with me, will be sad to see them go, but it's for the better of my team. Plus they won't make it in d4.
Zoran Jakovic (leading scorer, but he's too old. He'll only make it for 1-2 more seasons. Lucky if 3)
Jaap Oostout (nice contributer, 15+pts, but old and won't last long)
Wilfrid Ruiz (nice game yesterday, but he'll be retiring soon)
Bob Jenkins (best contributer. 1 of my original 18. But got role players potential and is 29 next season)

Tivadar Revfi (good as Jakovic, just got bad Defense. Hopefully I can get that up to a 6 or 7. 22 yr old)
Timothy Kruger (will make a scary outside shooter in the future. REMEMBER?
James Coleman (he's young and has great potential. All I need to do is train him. Training him at the moment)
Hershel Roche (can get a little higher in potential. He's a great scorer in d5)
Esen Rabi (25, and he's a good shooter. He'll be my new starter. Will be with me for years)
Fang Ruiguo (He's a little old, but he'll do for 4-5 seasons. Had 20 point/16 rebound yesterday)
Dezider Dekis (is turning old, but I'm thin on PF after Ruiz is gone. Will do for 3-4 seasons)
