Puts some realism in the game.

Im with you on realism, but BB lacks realism in so many other areas why does it have to be real in this one?

If I have to deal with unrealistic out of position training, which is not changing anytime in near future if ever, why injuries? Randomness can be addressed in other ways. If we have injuries, lets change them. +5 weeks, or 4 injuries at time is not increasing play-ability.

Well if we use that logic we can change the game into something completely different all together.
And no it is definitely not increasing playability but i think it is such a rare case that you cant take it as a good example.

It's not real life so it can be the best of both. I can't count how many injuries ive had the last 5 seasons cause there's no easy way to track them. When they come they seem to be in bunches and are debilitating to the point they decide a season. 3 months of effort *flush*. I've always had a L6 or better doctor, until this last two weeks down to a L5. Looks like you pay a big price for trying to keep staff salaries in check.

Is it realistic, yeah. If thats the case, lets real up all the other aspects of the game that aren't real (fan behavior, training, game engine). Since that's not happening, remove or reduce injuries to the point they are workable. Last season so many of the B3 games were just the result of which team has fewer injuries. It makes the game random to the point its a crapshoot.

I balled that post. How about the 6'2 Centers in the game. I agree, why is it something negative that they try to keep real?
How about this one for GM-Manon
If we are talking about realism, I had a broken arm back in 96 and I went to work everyday. And my job wasn't sitting at a desk. The doctor told me 6 weeks but only had 10 days of sick pay. I had to suck it up and I wish my BB players would do the same.

But you're loving it when your tough rival gets an injury.

When they happen to an opponent, eh, could help but i'd rather beat a full team then get help from an injury.

reading is FUNdamental. i am loving it when those that support injuries get them though.

I'm actually against my rival's players staying healthy.

You guys are reverting to arguments that you know are absolutely stupid because you don't have a single good reason to keep injuries, yet you still refuse to agree with him because staying on the "winning" side of this argument makes you look good. His argument is valid, and just because the BB's aren't going to pay attention to it doesn't mean you need to drag it down with your ridiculous sarcasm...
