If I have the time I'll do a speech for the begining of this season but we have so much work for the moment with the U-21 team that it won't be easy ^^

but tbh, i wouldn't see why you wouldn't get reelected... you did a great job lately, so their is no reason to change the coach, if he is willing to continue.

anyhow, congrats with the win.
