I didn't say learvins wasn't a good team. I said it is a poorly managed team. There is a big difference...
Bad management of gameshape and enthusiasm crushes the advantage of having a strong roster, yet he fails to see past his next match in most cases. You can't get away with that in most Div 3 leagues anymore. The problem is a lot of newly promoted managers become overwhelmed by the strength of established managers and waste their chance of winning games later by going all out to win a single game (in a lot of cases one they can't win anyway). If a team looks unbeatable midseason, dumping enthusiasm and gs isnt going to make it easier later on...
Note: I'm not trying to start an argument here. Just clearing up a misunderstood view to one of my previous opinions.
