The pr guy is the one who will encourage the fans to come see the match even if you have a loss streak..with speciality crowd involvement more people are coming..I mean slightly above normal..and with national appeal when you play on the road your opponents will have a small disadvantage due to the "name" of your team..

1. PR guy will slightly increase both your merchandise and arena revenues. It can be good to have a high level PR guy if you lose most of your games.

2. If you take a home PR guy, the fans will cheer louder for you when you play at home and it will improve your home court advantage. If you hire a road PR guy, your opponent HCA will be reduced. No speciality PR guy, no effect.

Look..from the game manual: Public Relations Managers help market the team to the fans, encouraging more people to show up to games and be willing to pay more for tickets. Public Relation Managers can have the following specialties:

Crowd Involvement: Your team will experience a slightly stronger Home-Court Advantage for your home games.

National Appeal: When your team is on the road, your opponents will have a slightly decreased Home-Court Advantage.

We said the same thing with different way..:-P
