About your training question, I'm almost certain the best way is to do PF (80 %)

I think bipost training would only give 60 to 70 % training, to be confirmed.

However, the best solution is to field your PF as C, train C at 100 %, and then on the match sheet you ask that your PF defends on C, and your C on his PF. Defensively, result is the same, and the very little lack of offensive performance is kind of matched by the fact that your opponent won't have changed his defensive orders - so your PF as C will take outside shoots on a defending player with lower outside skills and should perform better.

Mizu @ Vottem in the fourth round of the cup! A few seasons ago, that would have been quite a chocking draw :)

Coach Q who has eliminated Obira Dragons in the previous round! Is it really only the fourth round?

Tough time for Mizu...he played CT vs Obira, expecting a D4 or 5 and he ends up playing you (away)! =P~

(Mizu, si tu nous regardes...)

Right, that doesn't seem well :p

I hadn't noticed yesteday that Polle is out of the Cup, he got ambushed by a D.3 side. That's harsh :s

I totally agree with you.

My players overplayed last week, due to injuries, 6 fouls and overtime. Yet, the ones with a better stamina not only didn't drop, but even improved their GS.

This is very disturbing indeed, because I don't know if their GS won't be as high provided they play less in the week. E.g. Jacoby has received an improved GS with 83 minutes played, does it mean that he won't get to 9 with the standard 50 - 70 min. or is this actually an advantage (yes, 50 - 70 is optimal, but if stamina is high you can push a little further and this will be just as good ?) with no nasty side effects ?

Mystery ...
