For me a good fix of the current problem will be to reduce training minutes to 40 for all players and make the necessary tweaks for the stamina changes. The short roster problem definitely needs fixing but not like this

I'm a bit sceptical about changing training minutes to 40. Yes it would more or less solve the problem of players not getting full training, but is 40 minutes enough to have good GS?

Basically right now afaik players will have (barring any random changes) a steady increase in game shape and at worst shuffle between 8 and 9 if they play a full 48 minutes a week. Would 40 minutes be too little? That would mean we would need to play our players for more than 1 game a week.

The regular season and cup games will be afected by exhaustion next season or will continue to be only in playoff/b3 games?

How many do we want playing in a championship game? I thought the problem was 5 or 6 man rosters. Check the NBA finals game 6. Bucks ran 7 guys (Teague only played 2 minutes) against Suns who ran 8.
