I totally agree with RiP and his decision to put Essa and Thomas on the NTs. It was best for our country. I'm not going to get into it with Saturn as he has already been explained the situation. Good luck with the trainees and hopefully they will become great Canadian talent for the Future NTs. Now I hope you all can put this little disagreement behind you and we can move on with the Canada NT and how to improve.

I'm toying with the idea of switching to single position training next season and dumping two of my current trainees. Then, once Wendon hits the soft cap, I'll be looking for someone new to train and will probably have enough cash to spend.

With a level 6 trainer, I hope that this will give Ngakame the push he needs to make the U21. I also hope this will make Wendon one of the world's best SFs.

As for picking up prospects, I probably won't be able to help in the near future but I hope to start training a Canadian monster in 2 seasons time.
