First off, great game! Got me hooked from the start and well worth my investment with supporter membership.

A recent trend is to have Facebook like this and Twit this buttons on the page. Perhaps you could implement the coding for news updates.

Plus the official FB page's last post was in 2008!! The best way to get noticed is by fully utilising these mediums imho.

Jus something i thought ya'll might wanna look into :) apologies if its been mentioned already.

I also have no connections to major sports sites and such, but I've also found it effective to just blog/review BuzzerBeater on smaller sites and then promote these articles about Buzzerbeater.

If you see on the bottom, there are many tools for spreading the word (facebook, twitter, stumbleupon, digg, etc.). I would also encourage anyone who uses any of these tools to promote the main site as well, I've had some success with that.
