ID doesn't give secondary training to OD.

So have u ever had a skill pop in OD while training ID? There are players on the TL with Phenomenal ID and Atrocious OD so i can't see how you could be correct.

training ID doesn't give you pops in OD, but OD training does give you pops in ID

I'd almost agree, but ignore the JR for now. It's a pain in the behind to train both JR and OD from such low levels. Get his JS up to respectable or strong, the same for his OD, and then pound his inside skills to get a good PF.

I'm telling you... this guy is better!! :p

would probably be one of the best SF draft picks in the world for this season!

If you sell him he will be worth a hell of a lot!!

Here is my best trainee (And i won my league with a perfect season so he is a steal I will keep)

[USA]
Owen Flynn (20751266)
Center
Weekly salary: $ 3 920
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 0
Age: 18
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: awful
Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: pitiful
Handling: atrocious
Driving: mediocre
Passing: awful
Inside Shot: respectable
Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: mediocre
Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: pitiful
Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: atrocious

He is a very undersized center with not so good secondaries. I also train ID for most of the season for my C/PFs. I'm thinking I can turn him into a solid PF by the time he's 20 something.

My best trainee.. at first I did not like him because of his height but I guess I can make him into a SF or inside orientated guard..

Jimmy Rijvers (21088761)
Point Guard
Weekly salary: $ 4 457
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 0
Age: 18
Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: inept
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: awful Free Throw: average

Experience: atrocious

What's not to like? You can turn him into a monster for Look inside. Rebounding hurts a bit, but you get away with versatility. This guy will be able to score from anywhere on the court and pass the ball. The only problem I see is his Stamina, and even that is not so low to train right away.
