I'm wondering if this guy, PG Schofield, is done training? His Buzzer Manager profile says he's 95% - 100% done. But with SuperStar potential and only 109 skill points I though he still maybe had room for growth. He hasn't popped in three weeks now, and I've trained him every week with one and two player training. I'm tempted to try and get his Jump Shot up to Marvelous, but I don't want to be beating my head up against a wall and wasting valuable trading time. I have other players who need training, but I just invested so much time in this guy already, I want to make sure he's done before I move on. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Why is it that when I click on a players career stats, it doesn't give an option for BBM games, only BB3 games?
It is called Match Type selection.

If I buy a player after economic update, play him 1 match and fire him before the next economic update. Do I have to pay his salary ever ?

Ratings wise it looks like his outside shooting rating is way higher than your outside defence rating, his offensive flow is great too so his players almost always took the best possible shot and had the ability to make most of them thanks to their superiority on the outside shooting/defence match up.

The game was very close thanks to your offensive rebounding and put backs but it looks like your offensive flow wasn't quite enough to get the ball inside at a higher rate which lead to you shooting 20 3s while playing look inside, you made a decent percentage of 3s but still the shot selection wasn't the best so you didn't take full advantage of your inside shooting superiority over his inside defence.

Surely experience and stamina played a huge role also in this game with 15-20 minutes of crunch time.

Dribbling will decrease turnovers but I don't think it affects the offensive flow, so passing will make the biggest difference. The most common strategy is having high passing skill on PG and SG, on SF you don't need it that much if the player is a high scoring threat since he can score himself on half of the shots he takes.

Also having good pass on PF and C might not show up on the ratings but it will help a lot in any tactic you might use, in a higher level it also allows you to save some salary by having lower pass on SG who you can strictly use as a target man offensively next to the SF.
