Unless you learn to behave and after that learn to play the game, you'll always remain a third-hand manager in this game.

Excuse me? Who is making it personal now? You point your finger at others for things you do yourself. Great! I won't talk for others but me; I think you are either overestimating yourself or underestimating me. Third-hand manager, noob and ignorant, lol. Man, don't tell me you really can't have a debate without insulting others (and on no basis, may I add). This actually tells A LOT about yourself. So please have some decency and step out of this conversation because you obviously don't know how to have a normal, civil one.

EDIT: Btw, why are you mentioning me in your second post already, long after I stepped out of conversation? I promise this will be my last answer to you; I would be really happy if I simply didn't exist for you.

I'm 99% certain there's no team chemistry factor. And I hope it wont be added, all it will do is stop people from using the TL.

I think the only way to stop the "buy a player with huge salary as rent and win it all" tactic is punishing it financially. I can think of two ways of doing, but I doubt any of them would be implemented. The simpler one, would be pushing the transfer deadline to earlier in the season, so people who rent big salary players would have to pay more weeks of this salary. This would stop some teams.

The other one, doing something like the nba. A soft cap on the salary based on division, and if you go above this, you pay 2 dollars for every 1 spent. This would definitely help people train more well rounded players and limit this kind of thing.

that is crazy talk:P plus guys with huge salaries are generally useless monsters, monoskilled and with poor game shape. I don't think training well rounded players should be something that BBs would force us to do.

I don't agree. Chemistry is a fact and has to be built through time. No team in real life buys a Lebron James a week before playoffs... that's a huge lift and not fear to those who build a team.
Now, an earlier deadline could work, and the chemistry factor wouldn't be necesary. I like the earlier deadline idea!

anyone got some tips for a newbie. i get the basics of how this works. i was just wondering if there is any tips that the vets out there could share with a new guy. like having a sertain ballance of old/young players. or dagrees of skill/potintial.
like i said i know the obvious basics. like an older player wont gain skill much, and a younger guy may earn skill quikly to a point. i know this is a very broad question. just lookin to get a bit of a better brip on things.. thanks all

Practice, practie, practice.

You should read the forums, check other teams, decide an identiy for yur team... always have a plan.
2 or 3 trainees to train, 2 to 4 veteransthat you won't train.
Play some games, expand your arena and come back later.

And read the red guides, are very useful.

you didn't watch the puerto rican division. Cause they had another schedule and no transfer limitations, they usually buy major talents short before or in the PO. And at least in the PO, it isn't a bad league.
