not true. higher lvl doctor decreases chance of injury, AND shortens the period IF the injury still occurs.
However, I agree with your vision that it's not worth to hire higher then lvl 4.
The efeect of the levels is very small if you ask me. This is also nessecary. if not, lower temas with lvl 2 doctors, or starting teams with lvl 1 or 2 docs, would have 70% of their squad injured all the time. So to prevent that, the chances on injuries needs to be fairly low to start with at any lvl doc, and that leaves little room for improvement with each higher level.
Especially since even the highest lvl still needs to alow injuries now and then...
also the commnt that for the lvl 3 doc and the 4 week injury, it would be max 1 week with a lvl 7 is pure speculation. I say it could easely be a 2 or even 3 week injury.
about the duration: in the past 7 week injuries where not that uncommon, but then BB dicided to cap the weeks of injuries, especially since there are always 2 official games each week. and since then I thought the max indeed was said to be 4 weeks. But I don't know if this was for the regular injuries, and that exceptional 5 or even 6 would still be possible, or that it was a fixed number.
