Great work! I see three young Hall of Fame players lined up on the team, fantastic! Even Australia doesn't have that many guys of that potential.

mate he was included in the team so that he could be saved from retirement.
and i had to save more players in the coming(this) week so i had so dismiss him from the squad...i hope you understand

Good work, it is always a hard balancing act and sometimes the team has to have some short term pain for the long term gain.

So the last official game of the round robin stages of the consolation tournament was played yesterday and this marked as the last official game in which I would have managed as the U21 NT of this country.
this season was very fruitful for us as far as the saves are concerned and if i remember correctly there were about 7-8 HOFers who were saved this season and many more MVPs,superstars and PAS were saved.
as far as the games were concerned i think that many people would be highly disappointed by the results of the games but i am quite happy with the way the team performed cuz out the 8 games which we played this season 4 were virtually unwinnable for us and of the remaining 4 we managed to win 2 and lost the other 2 by a margin of 8 points and 2 points.and all this was done with an enthusiasm of 1-2 throughout the season as i was dismissing saves almost every week so as to make room for new players.
I know that i have not been a good manager and the fact that of the 14 people that voted for the manager popularity only 4 think that i did a good job(1 of them being me myself) strengthens the fact.
so in the end i would like to say that i am sorry for being such a failure and i would not go for NT management in the near future.

Agreed. U21 is a tough job especially with the training some of the other teams get.

You did well. Next season make less saves and manage the enthusiasm well.

next season there will be some other manager as i am not going for the NT management now...moreover i think that i am better off as the assistant to the NT managers(if they would require my services)
