stop me if I'm thinking bad way, but I see now that I'm losing money for a high ticket prices...

I don't think you can say your prices are too high since you are selling out all but the lower tier and that is close. Capacity is your issue. Build more seats in the bleachers first, then courtside. both if you can afford them. Can't help with the numbers, perhaps someone else could suggest that.

Courtside seats, on the other had, seem to be severely underestimated in the initial seat distribution.

I agree. Courtside to 80 and 3 luxury boxes should be the new team's first build, if they can afford it.

For that matter, there is a lot of sense in what someone else was suggesting about the PR manager affecting chiefly the two more expensive types of seats. We'll see. There is still tinkering to be done

I think season ticket holders greatly influences the more expensive seats as well. For an example, look how drastically Salisbury Auerbach's non-cheap seats rose in his first league game after winning the NBBA title.

Just a question; if I've 2k fans and I expand my arena until 50k, there will be a possibility to have 25k fans to see the game or there is a relation between fans and arena seats? Now with 2k fans I can sell tickets for 7k spectators; there is a proportion or bigger is the arena higher will be the tickets sold?

The only thing I know for sure about season ticket holders is that you will never have less attendance than your season ticket holder base.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me

does expanding the more expensive seats (courtside seats, luxury boxes), and making it in the playoffs affects the boost of number of season ticket holders? or is it just either of them?

Arena size, as far as I know, has no impact.

It's strictly accomplishments.
