Absolutely ridiculous! How is it even possible that I lost that???

I have a far superior team, I played all my starters, I have Home Court Advantage, I have max possible enthusiasm, I won in all the matchup ratings, and yet I lost the game :O And no points were scored in the last 2 minutes of play despite my team having about 7 attempts at a goal while being defended by crappy players...I seriously don't see how it is possible that this happened tonight! Boooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Surely not crap enough to lose the game though considering the salary differences?? And gameshape is taken into account in the ratings is it not? Yet I won the ratings comfortably. So I don't get it.

I'm with you on this, the rating in the box score is useless in buzzer beater. I just said GS because there is no other reason. He is in my league and will probably do the same to me In the PO.

Your guys couldn't handle the pressure when the game was on the line. I guess you need to look for players with more experience. ;)

But seriously, you probably lost because of the luck/random factor. Luck/random factor is about +/- 10 points leeway from my experience...

Yeah I guess unexpected things just happen some times. Though I was expecting to win the game by about 30 points so even with a 10 point swing of bad luck I thought I would win. Oh well, just a game :)

Whitemaggot is correct. Your game shape killed you. You only have three strong players and two were in average and one was respectable. Worse his star who was the Aussie U21 team PG last season and was a superstar then was in proficient GS, as was his 3rd best player. Average GS vs Proficient GS, you were lucky it was as close as it was.

Gameshape is taken into account in the ratings if I remember correctly. So the fact that I demolished him in the ratings would suggest I should have won.
