Totally, he has always been a rock on D and that is why he has starting spot but this year he has added a dimension to his game and become a reasonably reliable shooter..

@Axis - Mate Lebron is playing well but you only need take one look at KD's eyes and concentration to see there is nothing getting between him and this championship.. He is the new breed of player, as well as all the brilliance of a true 3 pos player at 6"10 he adds an element that none of the other stars share, humility.. Game 2 will follow a very similar path I believe..

I like talk of humility.

I think Lebron has that, too, though. It's just that people want to hate him. There are loads of amazingly talented people on the planet who people hate on just because they're talented. It's sad.

I think Miami will take game two.

I liked LeBron until that whole decision TV show thing. That was immature, lacked class, wasn't the way to farewell fans in Cleveland, lacked humility, and was just generally awful. My respect for him fell a lot after that. Going to the Heat, I definitely understand - but there's appropriate ways, and inappropriate ways. Can you see KD showboating on TV about moving teams? I can't. So now LeBron is just 'meh' for me. I don't dislike him, but I don't root for him and I don't particularly care if he wins a championship or not. I'd love OKC to win it, as I like theiir team as people a lot more than I like the Heat.

Yep, having said that if you want the Lebron doco (pre-Miami) it might help you get a bit of love for the man back..

So controversial no call at the end there on Durant kills the thunder, that won't go well.. Having said that it probably wasn't a necessary call, he clipped him after the shot but doesn't make me anymore devoed.. Though, such a poor shooting first half it is amazing they managed to put in a challenge so that is a good sign for the games ahead. :)

You never know, though. It could have been a stunt pressured onto him by his (or the NBA's) PR team. Also, the media love stirring shit. It gives them shit (as literal as this context allows) to talk about.

Watching him on court, and his reactions to things, I think he's fine. I do see the humility in Durant, though. He's powerful.

I DON'T like Perkins. What a dick.

No, I didn't.

I just don't like players who always complain at the ref. It doesn't change anything and it never will.

I'm gonna start playing again the coming season and I'm going to make it one of my highest priorities to never complain at the ref. I'm gonna hound my team about it too.

That's one thing I really liked about what I saw in Durant. He thought he was fouled and quietly made a comment to the ref, that's it.

I guess I can agree with you there AXIS. I am currently play basketball, and the furthest I'll go to when complaining to the ref is putting my arms out and saying "what!" or maybe asking them why/why not it was/wasn't a foul.

Thanks Vladdy, was a good effort from your boys, I knew it would be a hard game against you. My Russian MVP, Dayneko, is living up to his potential finally, he had a dominant performance against your guys as well. HOpefully Moss can continue to improve and form a formidable duo with Dayneko.

Yes comrade. I am a little short handed right now with some players moving on and others injured and having to save players for our cup game so it has been hard.

yeah i know what you mean... CUP can be detrimental sometimes, just need to weigh up whats more important I guess, 50K weekly for CUP wins or higher attendance for League wins.
I think my CUP run is about to come to a halt whereas I think you have a good chance of progressing!
