Hey sports fans!

Semi Finals night tonight! Massive match ups.

Can Mango's overcome the massive blow of the injured Tello, and silence a surprising Peeps at home?

Can Be High or SammyDog out last the other after two high octane quarter finals?

Let's not forget, at the same time it's relegation playoff mayhem across the country as well...
Two teams going for close outs in two. Hansbrough Hurricanes from the mighty Blues over a competitive Celtics, and a rebuilding Southern Secrets away to an opponent that finished with a better regular season record Bear Cubs.

All this leads the a big night of viewing sports fans, don't miss out on all the action here on Buzzer Beater tonight, tip of at 7pm Brisbane time. Check you local guides for times in your area!

wooo bad luck SHP, you played well and certainly had a good go. I think the turnovers killed your chances though.

SO here they are! Congratulations to Mangos and Sammydog in making the Grand Final's in the mighty III.12 in Season 22! Applauses to SHP and Be High, they had a good fight this season and just a little bit off from the Final's. SHP is impressive after his short time in III.12 and shows no mercy when they want to compete. They will be one of the competitors in the future. and Be High missed their GF's for the second time in the last 5 seasons in III.12. When is the manager really going to make a run? they should have the money to do so but we are all unsure becasue their manager is still a mystery to us :P

the First game of the GF's is on Tuesday. Stay tuned!

Good luck!

Thanks CF for the wrap. I think a combination of turnovers and an amazing amount of fouls buried me.

Got to give it to Mango's though, they were the leaders of the Division from go to woe, I am just stoked to have been competitive with them for a little bit. Great win.

I am with you on the Be High questions. I have wondered how they can be a finalist and so strong and never get to unbeatable. I have only been here a couple of seasons though, so can't question too much...who knows, maybe next season they step it up and smash us all!

It will be interesting to see who we get drop out of Div II and promote in from below to make up the Div next Season.

Now the goal setting starts over again.

That might explain it, come to think of it I haven't seen too much development going on over there. They have the biggest Arena in the Div, and a big payroll, but it looks like they are loosing up to $100k a week in revenue?

How big an Arena do you think you need minimum to compete in Div II, what about Bank as well?

Hey folks of 3.12
How's the end of the season shaping up?

I see Mango has a firm grip on promotion. I don't think Sammy will be able to compete and Mango could just take it in 2 should he so choose.
Congratulations to Tilley for having Yagmur take out the MVP, seems a shame to sell him right after winning the award. :P

Have any of you guys ever had anything like this happen?

Wow! Congrats to big Yagmur with the MVP. Will be a shame to see him leave the club but with this year's training I'd expect he'll be a $100k per week player next year. I can't afford that! That being said if he doesn't sell at $1.5m I'll probably keep him and train with Souto and Ngata on outside skill for the coming season.

Any one else finding it hard to work out a strategy to get out of this league? I'm nearly ready to tank to Div 4 then promote to a different Div 3 league. I had a decent crack at it this year and didn't even get close and lost a heap of cash in the process. If we keep getting cashed up Div 2 sides demoting to our league how does this cycle end?

Good luck to Sammy and Mango. I hope Mango promotes but only for selfish blue side reasons.

Strategy to beat D3 is all about training. 3 players, 48 minutes each. Don't waste money on great outside scorers. They get you nowhere. If you can't win games with 3 x 48 training that means your players aren't ready. Keep training and top up your roster toward the end of the season with the massive amount of cash you have saved from running a tight ship financially.
