Maybe I'm wrong, but I think there are 2 kind of problems. One maybe comes as you say with lat time submissions, but another one I think that comes with changes of this season or anyway with a bad interpretation of substitutions directives.

I say this because in all my friendlies of this season "bad players" set as starting ones were used as backups or reserves when they have someone better after them. I think that if I set "Strictly follow deep chart" or "Depth chart chart until 4th", even incapable players has to start the match as I choose, especially in friendlies where I have no economical income.

In all this friendly matches there are starting players that where not the ones selected:
(10306354)
(10313220)
(10325449)

Anyway, this season I'm winning most of the friendly matches I'm playing... :S

Use the suck player as first and second option. Put your sub to third option and follow depth chart until 4-th works well. Only thing you have to do is choose a suitable tactic for your stamina. Usually my first or second team dude (which ever needs minutes) get his 10 mins at the third option spot.

Thanks for your help, but in the 2nd match linked I've done like you are saying and the starting palyer was wrong anyway. :(

Note that I'm not talking abut a player that plays a few minute because of stamina or fauls (I think the in those cases is part of the simulation), I'm talking about players selected as 2nd or 3rd option that starts the game with "S".

I think my case is a problem of misunderstood or ignored substitutions orders.

I've had second option to start the game as "S" never third option to start using follow depth chart until 4-th. I list up 10 players for that game so dunno if that helps.

Well, as I said, in 2nd game I linked, a player start the game with "S" and he was 3d option, the list was about 7 palyers I think.

Anyway I think that even if a player is set as 2nd we've to talk about a bug or at least about something that doesn't work as expected. It's a friendly and there is no economical income, we've all the rights to pretend that the start list is the same we've chosen otherwise the substitutions options are not useful :)

I had a problem with the line-up too. I put my best C in the bench and another one as a starter but when the game started, they had changed their positions. It's the third time that ocurred. This was bad to me because one of them have played too many minutes and other little minutes.

I have checked it in the orders line-up of previous game and what I have ordered is not what finally happens.

I played "Depth Chart until 4th Q."

Hello,
The earlier reported bug happened in my cup semifinal game: (10336573)

The tactics and the enthusiasm was fine, but a different line up played in the game. Nacho Soldevilla was selected for starting but his reserve played as starter. And there was also change in another position.
