Even more than that the team with the best regular season record has won every season forever with the one exception being the season the 4th ranked Immortals took you down, however they still had finals HCA.

Yeah my team is shithouse and it's only giving me frustrations.
I have some fabulous players but just not the balance needed to better than a cellar dweller in this league of champions.
I have to consider selling some parts to make way for better fitting positions.
my 1 spot is a massive weakness, even tho edwards does do well for his wage, he's just not allowing my stars to do their job properly.
after that, my bench... i don't have a bench at all... Fernando is great and i love him but he's only good as a backup SF
then I have Alfama who was an "ok" PG in div 3 but struggled in div 2.

anyways I need to have a bit of a garage sale some time soon.
I can't be making a weekly loss and still be looking at relegation.

Especially when the Great 8 relegation teams are already sitting on a fortune and are making an extra million every three weeks.

Aussie does have the best team and showed that smashing Urmumas despite using less enthusiam.

Didnt consider it possible until now, but I might have a chance against Urmumas when I play them next game

Going by history I'm just going to simply say. Whoever gets grand finals HCA will get the championship.

SO you either go for the Cup or you go for the league title. Gone are the days of winning the double in one season. Direwolf and whitebeard are just ABBL legends of the game.

Until just recently I didnt consider myself a chance for either, now I give myself an outside chance of winning the cup.

If I was lucky enough to win the cup with 200 odd K less salary than Dire, I would somehow then have to try and resist the almighty challenge that you have just posted of winning the league & Cup double, so as that I could achieve my primary objective which is ofcourse the training of my SF trainees

I think I read somewhere that Fish had won a cup, bit of a concern that hes been saving for a couple of seasons now

You would be a massive chance this season to do the double. Personally, I still believe it was possible for koop to have done it last season aswell.

Perhaps your just trying to make me feel a little bit overconfident.

We havent played each other yet and your team is well and truly alive in both.

I still believe it was possible for koop to have done it last season aswell


Still possible for him to do it in both this season as well.

H's only 2 games out of the 4 and could easily come with a run if he decided to buy up

My thoughts on this were, if you won the cup do you really need to win the league in the same season, given the strain on finances that this might cause
