I have only myself to blame, your call was sound and I could (should) have normalled that. My PG gets fouled out way too often and that's what cost me the game. I don't think SGOLBA should give me too much trouble, but I am a bit disappointed about that streak (that was anyway going to end next season).

I am really sorry for Angels, he deserves the trophy of most unlucky manager of the season...
As for me a crappy season ended with a good win but nothing is over yet...
And Chiuselli\s injury can make things very interesting for the title!

This is disgusting... I've been relegated from the 8th spot with 10 wins in the BBBL before. I've had a season where Fleeton & Leroy got injured, killing my team. And now, i've been stripped of 6 weeks of Kasperovich & i'm getting stripped of the only player who could have hoped to contain any of your PF's.

I'm really disgusted. Tbh, i'm not sure if i'm feeling like doing another rebuild again. i did everything right this time around. Got a superbe SF, planned it with the training so that JDC would be BBBL worthy. Added another guards with enough bench. The only thing i needed, was another forward to offset some of the burden from Kasperovich & play some meaningfull minutes at the PF spot. The team was there... (not to mention, for once i was in the blue conference). I really felt like i actually would have been able to save enough to get that big man for next season & contend. Not to mention that Joe's Cowboys are surging to power and it's no secret that the one thing i really want to do (ever since season 5) is beat those Cowboys in the PO finals...

but here i am. Dreams crushed. 6 seasons of work, destroyed, all because the stupid GE felt the need to ruin my season. I was facing an uphill battle against Takis anyhow (due to Arlon gifting a win to Takis & then destroying Tienen in the process, who was the one team from the Red side who i had 2, probably 3 favorable match ups with... )

Not going to lie, this hurts a lot & tbf, i just don't have the heart to do it all over again. Looks like i won't get a shot at Joe in any final, (unless he decides to come visit me in II that is)

And Now i lose my best player Corvi vs Takis. a game i would have won with him in the team...

seriously, this game hates me.

As for all your statements:
the GE screwed me over. I was one week away due to a medical problem (one which you are aware off and is one of the main reasons i can run for U21 or NT's anymore)

Since the time you know you will have to play a relegation game, you should have bought your PF this season.

You have only one player over 30 year old, why rebuilding? In 2 seasons you are back, and not sure mplume will still be there. I have no idea what will be the situation in BBBL in 2 seasons, the situation is unclear for many teams (mplume, dartreb, Arlon, myself,...)

I've got the ideal team in what i want. But i can't keep this team together in II. Salary will go up on a bunch of key players. as for players over 30? i'll have 3 next season (Sara, Milos & Valery) So yes, another rebuild is in the cards.

anyhow, i'm going to think this over, but i think the time has come to call it quits on BB. i just don't want to go through another rebuild & going down to II means my economies will be ruined. it will only bring me back for a season or 2 to BBBL before going down again.

You don't need Stojanović in D.II, without him you should be able to come back very quickly. And continue to train Callewaert, he's at 5 levels from the NT (he was not in our DB, I thought he was much less strong).

Callewaert isn't being trained anymore. if he's lucky, he'll get 4 weeks of training during the next 2 seasons.

Congrats to Buston, another year and another championship!
But the competition has now closed the gap so next year will be exciting!!! (not for my team though)
