looks decent enough. not sure how strong U21 lieutanvian team is but he looks good. Id prob do JR, a little bit of OD, little bit of pass and a little bit of JS. Get Js and JR to proficent and do a little bit of one on one or OD if you want a great defender. You can always ask the U21 coach how he would like you to train your guy

Are you talking about DR, HA, JS and JR? These are quite easy to train...Otherwise, as a newly created player, he coulden't evolved that much more, or?

(Also ST and FT) but it comes with time at season ends and all star breaks.

You just named six skills this player has a serious deficit in - have fun training JS, the most important skill for an SF, this skill alone will take ~2 seasons of training. JR training is a pain in the ... and FT + stamina will take a lot of time too.

For 1.5 million I would rather buy a 22-23 year old guy with good overall skills and finish his training.

well he will prob never be a good PF with that JS and JR. If you want to spend a whole season getting that up then you can but its a waste. Also IS is a little low. I would train IS up to average then work on OD, passing. He can be a very good defender and rebounder, but hes scoring ability will always be a little low. He looks like an alright trainee

i think so, best you talk with the U21 coach(or scout when known) about it.
