Hi all totally new user here.
My question is about training: when I have to decide what to train, I have also to decide which role will be trained; I think i understand the fact that training effectivness is related to the role: using as example Perimetral Defense, I find no percentage next to PG, 90% for G and so on.
What I really don't get it's why there is no percentage next to P-G and P-G-AP. Does it mean I can train with the same effectivness three roles as much as only one? That seems counterintuitive to me.
More generally speaking, I''m having trouble getting grasp on the entire training mechanism, despite having read the manual of the game, looked up on forum and whatching video about it on web.
Thanks all, and I (already)love this game!

Hi mate thanks a lot!
Just to sum up, I should decide what role to train and focus on the 2/3 main skills of that role, right?
Then, assuming the fact this is my first season ever, I should focus on one role and try to get 3 young prospect to train, right?
I have one more question if you don't mind: is it worth to use team training? Wich training among team training is it worth?
What about free throw and dribbling?
I heard that driving and handling are the 2 main skill to determine how fast a player improves. Is it right?

Thanks a lot man, regards!

Sergio

Hi folks,

Just promoted from a bot III division in to a well populated II division. Recently started my team up. Looking for advice on what my focus should be this season.

Should I focus my money and efforts on trainees and Arena upgrades, or invest in the squad to make a run at the playoffs?

I would have a chance to top my side of the league with a team on about 125k team salary. This would mean making very little money over the season though.

buzzerbeater is a slow pace game. without investing in arena and trainees you can't achieve much in long term. So I would definitely expand my arena, have at least two solid trainees if I were you.

Sounds sensible. Even if I drop back down a league this season, I'll bounce straight back up and receive the million pound promotion money again. I might even land a decent draft pick!
