It shows % of training a player will get in the position drop down box. So training a C passing whist playing C is 50% training, C/PF = 60% training and so on.

I wonder if this will be used at all?
60% training or 100% and risk losing one game? We should have a poll to see what people would do.

Would be more useful in PO/RL situations then regular season.

With the first phase of in conference games out of the way, this would have to be one of the closest seasons I can remember. Only one team looks completely out of the race, and most teams, with the probable exception of Aussie Pride, probably have some threat of relegation still hanging over their heads if things go pear shaped. A couple of tankers in the big 8 would be really appreciated...

Seems like with the league being fairly close this season, home court is basically the deciding factor in the majority of games. Of the 56 games this season, only 12 have been won by the away team (with one of those being a forfeit, and another one a tank). As a result, you'd expect the ladder at this point to be strongly biased toward teams that had 4 home games in the first phase of in conference games.

Only two teams have won multiple away games - Aussie Pride and Victa Grasscutters, though Victa has also dropped an away game, making Aussie the only team that has won two more games than they have home games.

Hopelessly Addicted, PeaceNRoll, Lewisham Wombats, Chumunga, Goldfish and Victa have all won one more game than they have had home games.

Brisvegas, Whitebeard, Koopasaurus and HSD have won as many games as they have home games.

Seagulls and the Immortals are down 1

You Should Have Dunked, Stone Slashers and Urmummas have all lost two home games.

For interests sake, the teams who have had four home games thus far are Aussie, HA, YSD, Slashers, Chumunga, Seagulls, HSD and Koop

Really the season have so far been dominated by the top salary teams. The current bottom 6 salaries are all in the bottom 3 of each conference. So changes in the rosters should play a major part in the season ahead.

Great write up.

I have a tough Cup game this week and normally I would roll the dice and try and win both the league and Cup games but with this season being so close I am leaning towards finishing my Cup run. I don't want to be in a relegation series.

still a plethora of LI v M2M games going on in the ABBL (well, the last round anyways).

ALTHOUGH - not that many peeps predicting its use with the GDP. just wondering if peeps are still of the belief that LI is the way to go?

Spewing that I dropped a B3 game last week as now its sudden death in that competition for me as a 2nd loss in the round robin phase of the tournament will cause me to miss making the final 32.

Not sure whether that will prompt me to buy back up in the next couple of weeks or whether I will just focus on the ABBL and wait a few weeks more to buy up.

That said I have been toying with the idea of selling Marchini primarily so I can have another serious run at B3

Aussie is obviously in the box seat and given the hard yards he has done the last few seasons with Schneider, he would be a very deserving winner

As open as the ABBL is I believe that the cup is even more open.

If things go to plan Williams will have had another 4 pops before finals time and will be totally unstoppable.

I've never been one to use LI often, and in fact I've lost all three games that I used LI in so far this season, whereas my two wins came using Motion and LP...

In general I believe that other offences can be just as effective as LI, especially when you're trying to keep everyone guessing GDP wise. The only four offences I wont touch are Base, PtB, and the two Isolation tactics...

What tactic do you think you will employ next game?
