Finally desperation has kicked in for Pheonix 5, they must be in genuine strife with cash flow to throw away such a legend. Really tough spot to be in that's for sure.

Not likely. He'll probably get "slutted" around from team to team for the rest of his career. If only he were due to go before our game maybe I could purchase him just for a game or two. Sure give Smeltz and Nasci something to think about! :-P

I am so sad about that, I really enjoyed seeing him eat his teams entire wage bill every week. Still it is very bad news for Australia, as you say he will just bounce around now forever and never have good game shape.
