Passing! Lots of it. You can probably train passing all season long and it won't be too much. Some Driving and JR should come, too, but that has time.

He would have a chance to make the U21 team if trained well (i would contact the U21 coach to get advice). Unfortunately for a large country like the USA he probably needs more potential to make the senior NT.

Normally I would spend about a season on outside defense, but I'm gonna need some more shooting instead of defense for my playoff run. Passing to respectable, OD to prominent, and then JR to prominent, and JS should be at around prolific. Decent enough plan right?
