I appreciate all the input guys. I am willing to take the time needed to get the pops in IS and ID as I most likely will relegate from League III so after this week of training, I'm full on dedicating him to getting pops in IS and ID and hope to make him a complete all around player and then can continue to build up some OD, PA, JS and DR by the time he is 22, along with another trainee hopefully.
