Hello everyone

I thank you for your votes and your trust for 8 seasons now.

I am opening this topic today to answer to your questions as best as possible.
It is also the opportunity to review our journey so far.

When I made my debut, Lebanon was in big trouble and was #91 WR.
It took a long time (almost 4 seasons for our project to take off), firstly focusing on the NT and then secondly on the U21s.
I made some strong choices, for example at the beginning by only selecting the highest potential (min. 8) and max 19 year old players in order to give them experience and to create a group that is in the making.
That was a winning bet since it motivated many managers to train their players for our nation.
We are now #34 WR and this exceeds our expectations.
It also surprised many national coaches with whom I speak regularly in the BuzzerBeater world.

To learn more about my commitment, each season I contact all managers of the different generations (18/19/20/21 years old), whether they are new players from the draft or those with whom I have defined training plans since they began training.
This represents more than 100 players (and messages) each interseason and i do that about 3-times a season.
It takes time but i'm proud to do it in order to help you keep growing.

Our best season so far will remain season 61 (10w / 4l, 2w in the second round of the Asia U21 Championship Tournament and 1w away from a historic medal), followed closely by seasons 60 (7/7), 62 (7/6) and 63 (7/7).
The upcoming season will undoubtedly be the hardest we have experienced so far because of weaker players at the start of 21 and a generational hole in the drafts 60/61.
Other nations were luckier than us or were able to work better than us over this period.
Regardless, I will continue my work as best as possible in order to bounce back from the following season and to prepare a great generation for the 65/66 seasons.

To be honest, I am very concerned about your vote for another manager than me in this past election.
I take this as a new challenge to convince you again.
If some of you read French or use google trad, I also invite you to consult the subject (313417.1) that we have opened with WalterZ since the start of our respective mandates.
