Hi everybody! I wanted to write here to inform you that I have registered me for the U21 coaching position, we have an okay prospects coming up and want to take the wheel from J. Nikuradse (277515) who is resigning from the coaching role and keep moving our U21 nation in right direction, hoping to get managers involved to train the right way for the U21.

Let's all stick together and train players for the team! we are a small group but can move efficiently if we hold our cards correctly.

Hope I have your support for this chance to lead the team!

3 ideas...

1) It's good, that we have different managers, who wanna do the job!!
2) I would like to do it again... we have, there a battle, about the U21-coach with the most wins; and at the moment there is a 59-60 (Nikuradse)... but he needed two seasons more for all the w's.

3) and lust but not least, the AI wrote me a official statement:

"Dear Basketball Community,

I’m excited to announce that I’m running for the position of U21 National Team Coach! As a passionate coach with a deep understanding of team strategy, player development, and youth basketball, I believe I have what it takes to lead our next generation of stars to success.

If elected, I will focus on:

🔹 Developing young talent: Ensuring our U21 players have the right tools and opportunities to thrive on the international stage.

🔹 Building a strong, unified team: Prioritizing teamwork and a winning mentality, while also fostering individual player growth.

🔹 Strategic planning: I aim to implement a competitive, well-thought-out game plan that plays to our strengths and puts us in the best possible position to win.

I’m committed to dedicating the time and effort needed to make our U21 team a dominant force. I would greatly appreciate your support in the upcoming election, and I look forward to the opportunity to represent our country!

Let's make our U21 team a powerhouse! 💪
