A Dream Called Bahamas 🏀🇧🇸
Dear representatives of the Bahamas Basketball Federation,
My name is Carter22maluco, I’m from Brazil, and I’m writing this message with my heart full of passion and determination for basketball. My dream is to coach the Bahamas U21 National Team and help build something great — something that can inspire the next generation of Bahamian players.
Recently, I had the privilege of learning a lot from Lucas, the coach of Brazil’s U21 national team. The lessons he taught me — about leadership, unity, and developing young talent — changed the way I see the game. I learned that basketball is not only about tactics and plays, but about shaping people and inspiring dreams.
I deeply admire the growth of basketball in the Bahamas. Seeing players like Buddy Hield and Deandre Ayton proudly represent the country shows how much talent there is waiting for an opportunity. That’s exactly what I want to help with — teaching, guiding, and raising the level of Bahamian basketball.
I come from a culture that breathes sports, where effort and perseverance are part of daily life. That’s what I want to bring to this team: energy, discipline, and genuine love for the game.
I’m not only chasing victories — I want to build a winning mentality, a generation that plays with soul, pride, and passion for the Bahamas jersey.
I promise to give my best, with respect, hard work, and vision. Because I truly believe the Bahamas has everything it takes to surprise the world — and I want to be there when that happens.
With hope and dedication,
Carter22maluco
