Earlier today, Ballus Maximus announced the retirement of perennial all-star shooting guard Eugene Culp(
(6626483).)
Culp's agent released the following statement:
"Eugene is extremely grateful that he has been able to spend his entire career here in Portland with team BM. While it saddens him to hang up his sneakers, he wishes to 'go out on top', as it were, and the promotion of BM to league III.6 after last season's campaign is the perfect time to do that."
BM also announced their intention to elect Eugene to the team's Hall of Fame. Induction ceremonies to be held this weekend.
