本人球隊BUPT ROX目前在中國區3.7聯賽中拼殺，我于第七賽季初期加入了BB世界，經過數個賽季的洗禮后，球隊實力不斷加強，杯賽成績穩步提升，個人對BB戰術和青年隊員訓練方面都有了不少認識、體會和經驗。
現在我正式申請參選澳門U21主教練，雖然澳門區剛剛成立，國家層面的球隊建設還處於百廢待興的階段，這對第一任教練來說既是機會也是挑戰。在此我願意與澳門區的各位一起攜手努力，打建好澳門籃球的希望和未來，為繼任者創造一個更為有利寬鬆的工作環境，希望我們能一起精誠合作，穩步提升澳門青年籃球的水平，希望我們一起成為澳門籃球的開拓者和奠基人。

Hello,

I am BFiddy. I recently moved to Macau and now I live on Taipa. My American team just promoted to Division IV in my first season and I have spent a lot of time participating in the decisions for USA's U21 team. I currently train guards and understand the ins and outs of how to turn good young prospects into U21 stars.

If you are looking for someone with experience that loves Macau to guide the U21 team, then I am your guy!

hi i am zyler.
i am a very good manager with good skills and knowledge of the game.
im in div III.10 in australia hoping to promote this season.
im highly skilled at scouting and training in this game.
some of these skills are very useful for national team managements for example the ability to look at a team and analyze there line up to work out alomst exactly what skill levels each player has.
i also designed a program which can predict accurately pops and sub level levels.
im also keen on training up some under 21's talent so hopefully i can help build up this nations young guns.
if i get voted in i would be willing to take on an assistant manager if anyone is interested.

i would build the team based on a strong defense/offensive flow .

Hi there friends from Macau.

I'm MadRaven (Marco) the manager of the club Vietnamitas of II.1 of Portugal and i'm here assuming my candidature to Macau U21 national team coach.

I play BuzzerBeater since season 3, started in the 4º division and now i'm in the hard 2º division of Portugal.

I have learn a lot with the Portugal national team coachs and with the Portugueses U-21 National Team coachs in fact I was scout of Portuguese U-21 National Team for 3 seasons.

I'm here to help your U21 national team to start a new page in BB, to improve his ranking status and with the collaboration of all Macau users to improve our present and future Macau players and of course to win the most matches that we can :)

Greetings!

I'm Warson from Hungary, i'm the GM of the ALBA Yetis, which contending in the country's second best divison. My dream was always to control an U21 team from the beginning. I think i can help Macau's NT topping the other small countries and make a huge first step on the Ranking. Since my first year i have always trained NT players, sometimes 3-4 together, so i have a big routine in training (and also in tactics) and i can help managers how to train their young players. I have already scouted the country's young players and i have a plan to work out.

Please vote me and we will be on the rise!

Hello from the North,

I am Pleksi and I come from Finland. I'm applying as manager of Macaus U21-national team because I think I have a lot of experience in BB. I have played BB since season 3 in Finnish premier league and I have won the Finnish Cup and been second in Cup and in SM-koris. I'm ready to rise Macau in to the knowledge of the world of BuzzerBeater and I will give advises to U21-players managers when they need them. I have helped Finlands national team and U21-team in scouting players to the teams. I can write and understand Finnish, English and a litlle bit Spanish and Swedish, so I think there's not going to be too much misunderstoods when you try to speak me different languages.

So let the best candidate win and let's make these elections great.

Hi all,

I'm FALCON MACAU. Not sure if most Macau teams know me, but I have been active since Season 8 and I'm now in HK D2.4.

To be honest, I might not be as experienced as the above candidates, but I can read Portuguese, English or Chinese, so communication among any macau teams shouldn't be a problem.

Also, I have been active in HK league community for quite sometime and many top teams might know me or heard about my team.

If you vote for me and make me Macau NT manager, I will try my best to share my experience and take Macau NT or U21 teams to the best extend.
