hello
I would like to ask training experts.

1 - Is there any comparison about the evolution of a player with coaches level 5, 6 and 7? For example, a player evolves every two weeks on average with a level 5 coach, how good would a 6 or 7 coach be?

2 - How much can I expect from cross training with a level 1.2 or 3 gym? Do we have any comparison of that?

if you consider level 5 as %100, 6 is %102, 7 is %104

If those numbers are right, that’s not a big difference for the cost of buying and keeping one a level 6 or 7 trainer.

It depends, if you're training a U21 or NT player, it would mean a few pops more at the end of the season. It's only more visible in the long run

basically if you hire a 6-7 coach instead of a 4-5 coach you'll be paying 200%-500% more for a return of 3%-6% more

Yeah, that's how I would have read those numbers. Mind blown.
